Future housing
means housing that is in the process of construction investment or has not been accepted for putting into use in accordance with the law on construction.
Existing housing

Common ownership area of an apartment building

Apartment building owner
means the owner of an apartment unit or the owner of a non-apartment area in an apartment building.
Housing owner
means an organization or individual that has ownership rights to housing as prescribed by this Law.
Housing maintenance
means the regular preservation, maintenance, and repair of housing when damage occurs in order to maintain the quality, normal operation, and safety of the housing during its operation and use.
Housing development
means the investment in new construction, reconstruction, or renovation of housing to increase the housing area.
Investor of a housing construction investment project
means an organization selected to implement a housing construction investment project as prescribed by this Law.
Domestic organizations
include state agencies, units of the people’s armed forces, public non-business units, political organizations, socio-political organizations, socio-politico-professional organizations, social organizations, socio-professional organizations, economic organizations, and other organizations as prescribed by the civil law (hereinafter collectively referred to as organizations).
