Upon review, the Ministry of Construction has detected several technical errors in QCVN 04:2019/BXD National Technical Regulation on Apartment Buildings promulgated in conjunction with Circular No. 21/2019/TT-BXD dated December 31, 2019 by the Ministry of Construction. The Ministry of Construction hereby makes the following corrections:

Correction of errors regarding the year of issuance of referenced documents in Article 1 (General Provisions) and Article 2 (Technical Provisions) in the National Technical Regulation QCVN 04:2019/BXD as follows:

In Clause 1.3 of Article 1 and Clauses (2.1.2, 2.2.13, 2.2.15, 2.2.16, 2.3.1, 2.6.8, 2.7.3, 2.8.4, 2.8.5, 2.9.1, 2.9.2.1, 2.9.2.3, 2.9.2.7, 2.9.2.12, 2.9.2.17, 2.9.2.18) of Article 2, where it is written:

“…QCVN 06:2019/BXD…” shall be amended to “…QCVN 06:2010/BXD…”

Correction to remove the comma (,) in Clause 3.3 of Article 3 regarding transitional conditions, where it is written as follows:

“…Design dossiers, construction…” shall be amended to “…Design and construction dossiers…”
