32/2009/TT-BXD PROMULGATION OF NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON RURAL CONSTRUCTION PLANNING

THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; Pursuant to Decree No. 17/2008/ND-CP dated February 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction; Upon the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment,

STIPULATES:

Article 1. To promulgate the National Technical Regulation on Rural Construction Planning, code QCVN 14:2009/BXD.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from October 25, 2009.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-attached agencies, Chairpersons of People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular.
