151/2006/QD-BKHCN DECISION ON PROMULGATION OF VIETNAMESE STANDARDS
THE MINISTER OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY
Pursuant to Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government regulating the functions, duties, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology and Decree No. 28/2004/ND-CP dated January 16, 2004 of the Government amending and supplementing some articles of Decree No. 54/2003/ND-CP; Pursuant to the Ordinance on Goods Quality dated December 24, 1999; Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/ND-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government regulating state management of product and goods quality; At the proposal of the Director General of the Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality,
DECIDES:
Article 1. To promulgate the following 09 Vietnamese Standards:
