THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION

Pursuant to the Regulation on Standardization issued in conjunction with Decision No. 141-HĐBT dated August 24, 1992 by the Council of Ministers; Pursuant to Decree No. 1940-KG dated October 19, 1989 by the Council of Ministers on the appraisal and promulgation of Vietnamese Standards and basic construction; Considering the proposal of the Chief of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Construction in Official Letter No. 50-BXD/KHKT dated June 10, 1992.

DECIDES:

Article 1. To promulgate, in attachment to this Decision, the following four Vietnamese Standards:

• Construction design documentation system – Architectural design dossier TCVN 5671-1992.
• Construction design documentation system – Internal water supply and drainage – Construction drawing dossier TCVN 5673-1992.
• Construction design documentation system – Construction dossier – General requirements TCVN 5672-1992.
• Finishing work in construction – Execution and acceptance TCVN 5674-1992.

Article 2. The above standards are promulgated for official application, effective from the date of signing, and must be strictly complied with in all relevant sectors and localities.
