Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP dated August 01, 2007 of the Government detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations and Decree No. 78/2018/ND-CP dated May 16, 2018 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 127/2007/ND-CP;

Pursuant to Decree No. 52/2022/ND-CP dated August 08, 2022 of the Government regulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment,

The Minister of Construction promulgates the Circular promulgating the National Technical Regulation on Natural Condition Data used in Construction.

Article 1. To promulgate together with this Circular QCVN 02:2022/BXD National Technical Regulation on Natural Condition Data used in Construction.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect 06 months from the date of its promulgation and replaces Circular No. 29/2009/TT-BXD dated August 14, 2009 of the Minister of Construction promulgating QCVN 02:2009/BXD National Technical Regulation on Natural Condition Data used in Construction.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of Governmental agencies, Chairmen of People’s Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities, and relevant organizations and individuals shall be responsible for the implementation of this Circular./.
