Usable area of apartment unit

The floor area calculated according to the clear dimensions of the apartment unit, including the floor area considering the internal partition walls, the area of balconies and loggias, excluding the floor area occupied by columns, load-bearing walls, technical shafts within the apartment unit, and the area of the building/apartment unit enclosure walls and partition walls between apartment units.

NOTE: Clear dimensions are measured to the inner edge of the finished wall/partition/window frame/handrail adjacent to the floor (excluding interior decorative details such as baseboards/moldings/trims, etc.). For balconies and loggias, the entire floor area is calculated; in case of a common wall, it is calculated to the inner edge of the common wall.
