Rent-to-own of housing

means the lessee prepays the lessor a certain percentage of the rent-to-own housing value as agreed upon but not exceeding 50% of the rent-to-own housing contract value; the remaining amount is considered as housing rent to be paid monthly to the lessor for a certain period as agreed by the parties; after the expiration of the rent-to-own period and full payment of the remaining amount, the lessee has ownership rights to such housing.
