Real estate business contract

is a written agreement between an organization or individual conducting real estate business that meets the conditions prescribed by this Law and another organization or individual to: purchase, sale, lease, lease-purchase residential houses and construction works; transfer, lease, sublease land use rights with technical infrastructure in real estate projects; transfer all or part of a real estate project.
