Height of a construction work

The height of a work is measured from the ground elevation where the work is located according to the approved planning to the highest point of the work (including the mansard roof or sloping roof). For works with different ground elevations, the height of the work is measured from the lowest ground elevation according to the approved planning.

NOTE: Technical equipment on the roof: antenna poles, lightning rods, solar energy devices, metal water tanks, chimneys, ventilation pipes, and architectural decorative details are not included in the height of the work.
