Construction Planning

The organization of urban and rural spaces and functional zones; organization of technical infrastructure and social infrastructure systems; creating an appropriate environment for people living in the territorial areas, ensuring harmonious combination of national interests with community interests, meeting the goals of socio-economic development, national defense, security, environmental protection and response to climate change. Construction planning is expressed through construction planning project including diagrams, drawings, models and explanations.

NOTE: Construction planning includes the types of planning specified in Clause 2, Article 28 of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of 37 Laws related to planning.
