Common room

A room used for organizing events (e.g. meetings, conferences, performances, sports and similar), with the simultaneous gathering of a group of people, within a specific designated period of time. This group of people has the common characteristic of being unfamiliar with the gathering place (not regularly or periodically present). Offices, production rooms, and other rooms that are mainly used by people inside the building are not considered common rooms (e.g. internal meeting rooms, internal dining rooms, internal common living rooms and similar).
