Land-attached assets that are granted Certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets are houses and construction works attached to land as prescribed by law. Certificates of land use rights, Certificates of houses ownership and residential land use rights, and Certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets previously granted under relevant laws have the same legal validity as Certificates of land use rights and ownership of houses and other land-attached assets under this Law.
