The height measured from the ground level of the building site according to the approved master plan to the highest point of the building (including the stairwell or sloped roof). For buildings with different ground levels, the height is measured from the lowest ground level according to the approved master plan.

NOTE: Technical equipment on the roof such as antenna masts, lightning rods, solar energy equipment, metal water tanks, chimneys, ventilation ducts, and decorative architectural details are not included in the building height.
