Apartment building

A building with two or more stories, containing multiple apartment units, common corridors and staircases, with private and common ownership areas, and a system of common infrastructure for households, individuals, and organizations, including apartment buildings constructed for residential purposes and apartment buildings constructed for mixed-use purposes.

NOTE: Apartment buildings for mixed-use purposes are hereinafter referred to as mixed-use apartment buildings.
